Hello! My name is Payton Wallis and I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2018 but have been submerged in a real estate environment since 2015. I am experienced in helping buyers all over the Triad and Piedmont regions. I currently live in Lewisville, NC with my 2 year old son Nolan, but grew up in Surry county and have also lived in Wilkes and Yadkin county in the last 5 years. Needless to say, I am fairly familiar with the area.
After graduating college from UNCW in 2018, I moved back home to get my license and pursue a career that's goal is to help people through the crazy and confusing real estate world to find their dream home or property.
In my position as a buyer's agent on Team Nicholson, I come equipped with the knowledge and experience of many admin and other agents on my team to best help negotiate and win houses on behalf of my clients. It doesn't just stop at my team, though. At Keller Williams, the culture that is cultivated and well protected, gives me hundreds of genuine real estate agents by my side to help me succeed in each turn of the market.
When I am not working, I really enjoy spending time outside with family and friends- whether that be on the tennis courts, soccer fields, or at a vineyard on a Sunday afternoon. After a long day, however, I really just enjoy staying home, watching tv, and playing with my son on the floor of our living room.
